My Review:
Prenatal vitamins can be a struggle to take at times, either they are to big to swallow of the gritty taste along with morning sickness can really make you feel terrible.
These prenatals are not to big, and have a coating on the outside to make swallowing them easier as well as protecting you from that gritty taste. Overall these have the recommended amounts of vitamins that a prenatal should have except for DHA. These do not contain any so I would recommend getting a supplement for that. Overall I am very happy with these. I was sent a sample of these to try in exchange for my honest review.
